At Perspektiv, diversity isn’t a campaign; it’s the lived experience of our team. We bring together people with different cultural backgrounds, disciplines, perspectives and life experiences, and that mix shapes how we think, collaborate and solve problems.
Our team’s heritage spans continents and cultures, each bringing perspectives that influence how we innovate and grow, including people with connections to:
Peru
Madagascar
Nepal
The Middle East
India
Tasmania
Switzerland
The UK
South Africa
Australia
Canada

This breadth of experience means our conversations are richer, our thinking is broader, and the solutions we create are grounded in diverse ways of seeing the world.
But diversity alone doesn’t create inclusion; belonging does.
Listening matters
Every year, we run an organisation-wide DEIB survey to understand how our people feel about inclusion, equity, engagement and belonging at Perspektiv. We’re really proud that we continue to see strong results in these areas.
Some of the things we measure include whether our people feel:
included in decisions that affect their work
valued for their unique contribution
able to be authentic at work
safe to take risks
respected
High scores tell us we’re heading in the right direction and that people feel supported to do their best work.
And we know there’s always more to do.
We also recognise that not everyone experiences the workplace in the same way. Gender, disability, cultural background, caring responsibilities, remote work and many other factors can shape how included somebody feels.
That’s why we treat DEIB as ongoing work, not a destination. We look closely at the data, we listen to our people, and we continue to evolve how we support, develop and retain our team.
Why this matters
When people feel safe, respected and valued, they’re more able to bring fresh thinking, challenge respectfully, collaborate openly and create real impact. That benefits our people, our clients and the communities we serve.
We’re proud of the diversity within our team, and we’re equally proud to say we’re still learning, listening and improving.
