Earlier this month, I was lucky enough to use Perspektiv’s Adventure Leave for something I’d been talking about for years: an eight-day rafting trip down Tasmania’s Franklin River with a group of old uni mates. 

At Perspektiv, diversity isn’t a campaign; it’s the lived experience of our team. We bring together people with different cultural backgrounds, disciplines, perspectives and life experiences, and that mix shapes how we think, collaborate and solve problems. 

Last week, our team swapped the office for the forest at Nanga Bush Camp, two days designed to recharge, reconnect, and remind ourselves what makes Perspektiv such a special place to work.
