At Perspektiv, diversity isn’t a campaign; it’s the lived experience of our team. We bring together people with different cultural backgrounds, disciplines, perspectives and life experiences, and that mix shapes how we think, collaborate and solve problems. 

Last week, our team swapped the office for the forest at Nanga Bush Camp, two days designed to recharge, reconnect, and remind ourselves what makes Perspektiv such a special place to work. 

As part of my Adventure Leave, an incredible initiative offered by my employer, Perspektiv, I recently completed the Venomous Snake Management Course at Discover Deadly, and it exceeded all expectations.
