We are extremely happy and proud to be a certified B Corporation, which is recognised as the highest standard for social corporate responsibility.
"B Corp Certification is a designation that a business is meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on factors from employee benefits and charitable giving to supply chain practices and input materials".
We scored a brilliant 107 out of 200, which puts us above average for organisations of our size and sector! It's a real testament to what we've been working on for the last 5 years as a business and we are really proud of it. We scored particularly well in relation to initiatives supporting our workers, community and customers.

Being kind to people and the planet has always been engrained in our values and we love to give back to good causes close to our hearts. One way we do this is by donating 1% of our turnover to charity annually; our FY21/22 partners include Trillion Trees Australia and Bush Heritage Australia. We have also introduced a volunteering program where our employees can get involved by working with some of our partners or for a not-for-profit organisation of their choosing.
Our goal is to use the B Corp framework to target areas for further improvement including our impact on the air, climate, water, land, and biodiversity.
So, what’s next?
We would like to be recognised as one of the top-performing B Corps creating great impact through their businesses. We came very close this time round in a couple of categories and were only a couple of points away from joining other outstanding businesses receiving this recognition. Going forward we will continue to improve and submit our new scores every couple of years.
