On Friday, 15th August, eight members of our Perth team swapped laptops for Pottiputki's to take part in Trillion Trees’ annual planting day. It was a welcome change of pace, a chance to get our hands dirty, pick up a few mozzie bites, and contribute to something bigger than ourselves.

On 12 August, Perspektiv was proud to attend the Young Professionals Network | Launch, co-organised by the UN Global Compact Network Australia (UNGCNA) and Intrepid. As a UNGCNA participant organisation, we share their vision of mobilising a global movement of sustainable companies and stakeholders to build a better world. We’re committed to advancing the Ten Principles and Sustainable Development Goals, and to acting with the urgency our climate and social challenges demand.

We’re big fans of facts, data, and evidence-based insight. That’s why we run an independent, anonymous, science-backed employee engagement survey each year. It includes 56 focus questions and invites open-ended feedback, allowing us to truly listen to what our people are saying.
