Perspektiv Re-Certified as a B Corp - with an Even Bigger Impact

We’re thrilled to announce that Perspektiv has been successfully re-certified as a B Corporation and with a significantly improved score that reflects our deepening commitment to social and environmental impact. 

In our 2025 recertification, we achieved an Overall B Impact Score of 113.5, a notable increase from our previous score of 107 in 2022. This improvement demonstrates real, measurable progress in how we operate as a purpose-driven business and it’s something we’re genuinely proud of. 

To put it into perspective: 

• 80 points is the minimum score required to become B Corp certified. 

• The median score for businesses undergoing the B Impact Assessment is 50.9. 

• Our score of 113.5 puts us well above both, reinforcing our mission of Finding a Better Way.

What is B Corp Certification? 

B Corp Certification is more than a badge; it’s a rigorous assessment of a company’s social and environmental impact across its entire operation. It’s an independent verification that a business is meeting high standards of accountability, transparency, and performance in five key areas: 

• Governance: Mission, ethics, transparency, and accountability. 

• Workers: Compensation, benefits, training, and worker well-being. 

• Community: Impact on and engagement with the communities we work with and source from. 

• Environment: Operational impacts and environmental stewardship across energy, water, biodiversity, and waste.

Where We Excelled 

We’re especially proud of our performance in the Governance category, where we scored 21.1 out of a possible 25, a testament to our clear mission, transparent practices, and commitment to responsible business leadership. 

We were also thrilled to see our workers category, career development score, achieve a perfect 6 out of 6, meaning we are leading the way globally in our professional development policies, training, employee hiring and review, and promotion opportunities.

We also saw solid results across all other categories, showcasing a well-rounded and integrated approach to positive impact. When compared to both national and global averages, our performance consistently outpaces industry benchmarks.
