Our volunteering program affords staff the time to give back to causes they believe in. Last week, a number of the team spent time with Trillion Trees Australia at one of their planting days rewilding the Reg Bond Reserve in WA.
The day began with some delicious tea and cake 😋 (all provided by the organisers), which fuelled the team for a big day of tree planting. Despite the rather wet weather, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day. Everything from start to finish was well organised, (even the planting holes had been dug) and together the team managed to plant over 4000 trees!
The tree planting season for 2022 runs during the winter months – from June to September. If you are interested in taking part in the community planting days, you can register on the Trillion Tress Website and attend their upcoming winter plantings.
