2025 delivered some of the most significant Infrastructure Sustainability (IS) outcomes in Perspektiv’s history, and we shouldn’t be shy about celebrating them.

Platinum IS As-Built Rating: METRONET Morley–Ellenbrook Line (MEL)

This landmark 21km public transport link is expanding sustainable mobility across Perth’s north-eastern corridor. Perspektiv supported the project from award through to completion, providing end-to-end ISP services, from design through to the As-Built submission. Our work included SQP review of the Annual Report, the Resilience Risk Assessment and Adaptation Plan, and full Resource, Energy, Water, and Waste modelling using our ISC-Aligned LCA Tool. We also supported the As-Built CSF preparation, ensuring the project was backed by robust evidence and on track for its exceptional Platinum result.

Leading IS As-Built Rating (Highest Score Ever in Aotearoa): City Rail Link (CRL)

CRL showed what happens when sustainability is embedded early. Innovation flourishes, indigenous cultural values are honoured, and performance-based decisions deliver real impact. Engaged by Link Alliance, Perspektiv delivered end-to-end support for the C3 IS As-Built submission: technical modelling, documentation drafting, QA, independent audit preparation, and working through tight timelines and complex requirements. The result? A Leading IS Rating under ISC v1.2 and a new national benchmark.
