Tierney is expert in rehabilitation and reconstruction projects within disaster relief settings. Having project managed climate adaptation and resilience and capacity building programs in SE Asia. Tierney is a very capable communicator who holds a Bachelors degree in International Relations, and Human Rights, and an Honours degree in Disaster Risk Reduction and Land-Use Planning. When Tierney isn’t underwater diving and making friends with the fish, you can find her out exploring the beach or river.
