Dan joins the Perspektiv team

Perspektiv would like to welcome Dan Irwin, as our new People & Culture Lead. Dan recently joined our team in Perth and will help us deliver efficient and ethical employee management across the business. He will also help us with our onboarding and recruitment.

Dan previously worked in Executive Search which allowed him to carry out director / board level roles in the UK for a range of clients, from large multi-nationals to small private equity backed start-ups.

Dan holds a degree in Master of Arts Social Sciences (M.A Soc. Sci) in Psychology and is accredited by the British Psychological Society to use psychometric assessments for selection and development situations. He aims to expand his skills into learning & development, motivation, culture, wellbeing and organisational change and is currently completing a Master’s of Science (MSc) in Organisational Psychology.

Passionate about food, Dan shares our love of cake, and will never pass up a slice. He enjoys a game of badminton, is an animal enthusiast and likes to travel (or certainly used to). If he is not singing karaoke, then he is probably practising yoga, as he does so daily.

Dan hopes to contribute to an environment where staff feel supported, challenged, fulfilled and confident in what they do while enjoying their place of work!
