The successful candidate will be central to the development, implementation and maintenance of the processes and systems that enable our people to fly. You will become a critical support for our team when they are dealing with the following topics;

  • Recruitment and onboarding

  • Professional development and training

  • Pay and entitlements

  • Leave and accruals

  • Wellbeing programs & employee assistance

  • Diversity, equality and inclusion

  • Whistleblowing and grievances

  • Team meetings and recordkeeping

  • Office facilities and equipment


As a small business this role will be varied and interesting. We will consider someone looking to approve and apply their skills in a fast-moving environment, whilst providing the successful candidate access to an experienced HR/IR lawyer as required.

For this role we are open to anyone who believes they can offer us value, but we will look favourably upon:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Management or Business Psychology or related disciplines (or equivalent experience)

  • A desire to steadily improve staff wellbeing and satisfaction

  • An ability to promote transparency and trust

  • Strong ability to listen and empathise

  • Clear and concise written, verbal and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
